Soulcalibur VI Revealed, Coming to PC next Year

Bandai Namco Entertainment announced today that they are working on a new entry in the acclaimed Soulcalibur series, coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018.

The series’ signature 8-Way Run movement system returns in this Unreal Engine 4 powered weapons-based fighting game, letting players engage in super smooth and visually impressive 3D fights. A number of new gameplay systems will also make their debut with Soulcalibur VI, such as the Reversal Edge, which enables characters to perform powerful counterattacks based on their opponent’s actions.

AI battles, a story campaign set in the 16th Century (which will let fans revisit the events of the original Soulcalibur), and a number of PvP modes will keep players entertained for a long time.

The fast and kinetic gameplay of SOULCALIBUR is on full display in SOULCALIBUR VIA stellar lineup of characters and weapons, combined with a simple control layout means gamers of all skill levels can jump into the action and decimate the competition.
