The Steam Store page for Let It Die has just gone live, and with it we also got a firm date for the PC port of the free to play survival action title: September 26, 2018.
Fight your way to the top in this chaotic and pulp survival action taking free-to-play to a whole new level. Begin your journey in your underwear and survive by any means necessary while taking advice from Uncle Death, a skateboarding reaper. Pry weapons and armor from the cold dead grasp of your fallen foes or craft even better gear. Eat mushrooms, frogs, and other odd creatures to keep your strength up or activate special abilities. Strategize when it’s best to fight or sneak away to fight another day. You may lose your belongings upon death, but death doesn’t always have to be the end…
According to the game’s store page, PC gamers will be able to experience the action packed scenarios enjoyed by our console brethren at higher resolutions and with silky-smooth frame rates. Hopefully this means that Let It Die will be a decent PC conversion, as the PlayStation 4 original wasn’t exactly a looker, and though I must admit that I didn’t play as much as I expected to, I encountered numerous instances where the frame rate wasn’t as smooth as I would have expected it to be.
