Piranha Games has just shared a new in-depth MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries gameplay video highlighting combat and Mech customization ahead of the game’s December 10th release date.

As you can see from the video embedded above, the game seems to be running a lot better than in previous videos, with no noticeable frame drops during heavy battle scenes. The destruction tech is quite impressive, with entire buildings falling down piece by piece as our Mech tears a path through them, and while I’m not a fan of the hardpoints system, the customization options are otherwise looking good.
