What is Mumaris Plus?
The Saudi Commission for Health and Services (SCFHS) created the Mumaris Plus. It is a vast portal containing all SCFHS services under the same umbrella for practitioners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SCFHS Mumaris Plus provides facilities to many people by easing the process of numerous services. Some of them are:
- Professional Classification service from inside and outside Saudi Arabia,
- Pro Registration service from inside Saudi Arabia.
- Professional Reclassification Service.
- Pro Re-Registration services.
- New Qualification Study.
- Issuing a Training letter.
- Issuing a certificate of good standing.
- View earned Continuous Professional Development hours.
- Apply for the recognition of earned CPD hours.
How to Register on Mumaris Plus
To use your Mumaris Plus account, you must sign in with the same details as your existing Mumaris account.
If you don’t have a Mumaris account and it is your first time applying for the services in the commission, you can sign up for an account in Mumaris Plus.
- Go to the official Mumaris Plus website. Click Here
- Go to the sign-up page
- Click accept for terms and conditions.
- Enter credentials similar to those in your Iqama ID or Passport.
- Provide your email ID
- Type in an eight-letter or more password
- Reconfirm the password
- You will be sent an activation/confirmation email
- Click on activate
- Go to the login page and enter credentials to log in to your account.

How to Update Personal Information on Mumaris Plus
Mumaris Plus also allows a free-of-cost service for the practitioners to update their biodata on the platform, such as Iqama ID, Passport number, etc. You can do this by following the steps below;
- Login to your Mumaris Plus account
- Click on “additional services.”
- To open an additional services application, click on Apply now.
- Edit your personal information on this application.
- Click on next
- Select update bio details as Service requests. Enter details about the data that needs updating, and enter your name in Arabic and English. Attach relevant documents
- Click on next
- Verify your application, then click Next.
- You will get your application number and confirmation of successful application submission.
- SCFHS will review it within a few days
- If approved, the biodata will be updated.
How Much is Mumaris Plus Fee
After making your Mumaris Plus account, you have to choose your classification/qualification as a practitioner.
You then have to pay the fee, which is divided into two sub-sections: administration and service fees. Below are a few examples of total fees for certain classifications/qualifications.
- 1,100 Riyals for General Physician, Resident, and Resident Physician in training
- 1,500 Riyals for Senior Registrar, Registrar, and fellow Residents
- 1,100 Riyals for Fellowship in Sub-specialties
- 1,800 Riyals for Consultant Physician
- 600 Riyals for the Decision of Recognition
- 1,100 Riyals for Pharmacists, Health Specialists, and Senior Health Specialists
- 1,100 Riyals for Pharmacists, Nurses, and Trainees in training
- 1,500 Riyals for Consultant Pharmacists and Health Specialists
- 600 Riyals for Technicians and Health Assistants

How to Pay Mumaris Plus fee
To pay the SCFHS Mumaris Plus fee for Classification, Reclassification, Registration, and Re-registration, you can use SADAD, VISA, and MasterCard.
You will get the SADAD Bill number on your mobile phone while registering or renewing your SCFHS account. You can also get your SADAD number by logging into your account.
Below is a step-by-step guide to paying Mumaris Plus fees through Al-Rajhi Bank and NCB.
Al-Rajhi Bank
- Login to your Internet Banking account or mobile application of Al-Rajhi Bank
- Select Payments.
- Click on One-time payment.
- From the options available, select Government Services.
- Click on 129-Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Enter the SADAD reference number in the given space.
- After reviewing the payment details, you can click the Payment button to pay the Mumaris Plus fee.
NCB
- Login to your Al-Ahli account.
- Select Sadad.
- Click on One Time SADAD payment.
- From the options available, select Government Services.
- Click on 129-Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Enter the SADAD reference number in the given space for the Subscriber number.
- After reviewing the payment details, you can click the Payment button to pay the Mumaris Plus fee.
