Origin of 16 Personality Types
Isabel Myers & Katherine Briggs went through Carl Jung’s psychological types and found there was a need for people to understand different personality types.
Also, people should understand the strengths and weaknesses of each personality.
To make that assessment, they studied their personality typology. Five independent spectrums elaborate personality types and give in a letter coding system. It was formerly launched to improve workplace dynamics and is currently being commonly used by individuals to know their kind better.
