Ubisoft has just shared a wealth of gameplay footage from Far Cry 6, which should hit PC and consoles on October 7th.
The French publisher held a worldwide gameplay reveal event for the open world first person shooter, and fans were able to get eyes on the game’s playable protagonist for the first time, as well as learning their motivations for taking up arms against Antón Castillo (Giancarlo Esposito) and his totalitarian regime. As expected from a gameplay reveal, we also got to see a good chunk of footage, confirming the return of key modern Far Cry mechanics such as animal companions and customizable equipment.
